Glen Dimplex Boilers is to withdraw from the UK boiler market over the next few months to focus on other market sectors.

The company, part of the international Glen Dimplex Group, is planning to close its UK boiler operation over the next few months as the Group has decided to focus on market sectors where it already has a stronger market presence.

Glen Dimplex Boilers was keen to stress that spare parts will remain available for all its boilers, that the company will fulfill all existing orders, and that the Glen Dimplex Group will honour all its boiler warranties.

All other brands in the Glen Dimplex Group are unaffected by the decision.

Glen Dimplex Boilers, which had its head office in Liverpool, evolved out of the original acquisition of Halstead Boilers by the Glen Dimplex Group in 2004.
