Charlie Mullins, founder of Pimlico Plumbers, is seeking to sell his mock tudor home in Bromley, Kent, and has had interest from a former Chelsea footballer
White Oaks, which has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and seven toilets, sits in three-quarters of an acre of land, and has a 30 foot long games room and indoor swimming pool.
The house has been up for sale for 18 months, despite a £1 million drop in the asking price to £2.7 million.
Estate agent Alan de Maid told the Daily Mail he was hoping for a sale at about £3 million. "We have put a guide price of £2.7 million to get people through the door and generate interest," he said.
The Mail also reported that White Oaks has had a flurry of viewings, with former Chelsea player Gianfranco Zola, among those potentially interested.
