The fourth year of PHEX+ has come to an end, and the show was a roaring success yet again, with many exhibitors swamped over the two days and visitors taking advantage of the chance to network, explore new products and even win free things throughout the show.

There were many new exhibitors to PHEX+ this year, which took place on 17 and 18 May at Alexandra Palace in London, and plenty of new companies with innovative products never seen before in the heating and plumbing industry, ranging from Aladdin with its Pipe Genie pipe puncture multi tool for easily blocking water during maintenance or installations, to the Fluxtuator flux applicator, which solves all of the flux issues that have plagued tradespeople for years.

Deborah Fowls at Fluxtuator said: “We want to thank the PHEX team for all the help and support we were given as newcomers to the plumbing market; we made some good friends and some excellent contacts. It has been a game changer for us and we were proud to be part of the PHEX+ exhibition.”

There was plenty of buzz across social media too throughout the two days, with exhibitors boasting about their latest and greatest products, and visitors joining together to network, banter and show off their skills at the many games, competitions and product demos found throughout the show.

Paul Hull, installer and founder of Gas Safety Superheroes, said: “PHEX has long been an integral part of the plumbing and heating industry so it was great to be able to take the Gas Safety Superheroes there this year. It was a real honour to be able to speak about my time in the industry and as always it was great to connect with old friends and make new ones. It's great to connect with merchants, manufacturers and fellow plumbing and heating engineers and PHEX is, and always has been, a great place to do it.”

Exhibitors had their hands full with installers crowding to see what they had on show:
