Underfloor heating (UFH) installer Simon Dixon has been named as winner of a competition to win £5,000-worth of UFH products, in the latest competition from JG Speedfit.

The manufacturer ran the competition to celebrate the launch of its 'Speedfit Support' service, a dedicated team available to offer advice, support and product information to installers.

Beating over 2,000 entrants, Mr Dixon of T Dixon & Son, based in Grimsby, was announced as the winner.

To be in with a chance of winning the prize, installers had to submit floor plans of their UFH project to the Speedfit Support team. All participants were then able to take advantage of JG Speedfit's free quote and bespoke CAD drawing service.

Competition winner Simon Dixon said: "To say I'm over the moon with the win would be an understatement. I've been a loyal customer for several years and with a number of big UFH jobs in the pipeline, it really couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m going to make a point of entering into more competitions in future!"

Mike Riseley, sales director of JG Speedfit, added: "Our aim is very much to simplify the design and installation process for installers, to give them the confidence and reassurance to make the best use of our products. Our Speedfit Support team provides an expert service to give installers a real competitive edge for all projects, via technical knowledge and best practice insights in the form of online videos and guides, a dedicated helpline and on-site technical help. My congratulations to Simon Dixon on winning £5,000 worth of JG Speedfit UFH products, and we look forward to a long association with T Dixon & Son."
