Another year of PHEX shows comes to a close with the most important event of the year at Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC. Thank you for joining us in London, whether you were exhibiting new and innovative products or visiting to network and discover ways to push your business forward.

There were over 3000 people at Chelsea this year for the event, and it showed as professionals from throughout the industry clamoured to forge new business connections and examine top products from leading brands across the sector.

On Wednesday, HVP held a roundtable at the show where we sat down with some vocal installers to discuss some of the most pressing issues affecting our industry as well as find out what our readers expect from the wider industry, including associations and manufacturers. If you’d like to participate in a future discussion, please contact Group Editor Jennie Ward at j.ward@hgluk.com.

As always, some of the most important associations were present to make their case for industry issues and keep installers up to date with legislation changes, new schemes and opportunities to improve themselves and their businesses. CIPHE held seminars to update visitors on training opportunities and technical initiatives such as its new Tech Talks video series.

The HHIC manned a stand alongside HVP in order to spread the word about its newly launched Retro Label, designed to increase consumer awareness of boiler efficiency with the hope that this will result in inefficient and costly boilers being replaced with more efficient models. Gas Safe Register was also in attendance to speak about new regulation changes and discuss its investigations procedure.

From Ariston’s training sessions in its new display and training vehicle outside the stadium, to Wavin’s practical demonstrations of its Hep2O products, there was something for everyone at PHEX Chelsea. Workwear, tools, pipe fittings and boilers were all on display, alongside endless other products and services from throughout the plumbing and heating industry. There was more than enough to fill two days of networking and product hunting but, if there was anything you missed, you can find more details on the PHEX Chelsea exhibitor list.

Between the perpetually crowded main exhibition hall and separate rooms hosted by top merchants in the industry, professionals from every corner of the plumbing and heating world were in attendance over the two days. We hope that everyone who made it had a wonderful time, and we look forward to seeing you at PHEX+ in May 2017.
