Speculation is rising that Wolseley may be looking to sell its Bathstore retail chain.
Bathstore sells bathroom products such as showers, baths and bathroom furniture online as well as in 160 branches across the UK.
The speculation comes after the Group sold its Brandon Hire tool hire business to Rutland Partners in September for £43 million, after paying £72 million for the company in 2006.
Wolseley's chief executive Ian Meakins has said that 19 of the Wolseley Group's businesses could be sold if they continued to perform below expectations.
The Group recently hit the headlines after announcing it would create a new group holding company to enable it to relocate its tax base to Switzerland.
