Polypipe Ventilation and BPEC have launched a training course for the revisions to Part F regulations.
The two-day course has been written by Polypipe Ventilation's technical manager, Jon Hill, and assessed by Ian Andrew Associates. BPEC will provide the course while Polypipe will use its own training facilities, such as at its head office in Doncaster and in its Aylesford plant in Kent, to host the course.
Polypipe's Domestic Ventilation Course will consist of both practical and written assessment. Subjects covered include background and building regulations, a look at domestic ventilation in context, health and safety, commissioning, and provision of information to building control bodies and the end-user.
Pending a pilot course on 7 and 8 October at Stephenson College in Leicestershire, Polypipe will publish more dates for the year soon.
