A heating engineer accused of killing 72-year-old Annette Coe by failing to properly service her boiler has been cleared of manslaughter.

A heating engineer accused of killing 72-year-old Annette Coe by failing to properly service her boiler has been cleared of manslaughter.

Self-employed Peter Sykes, 68, was found guilty on 8 July of health & safety failings relating to work he carried out on Ms Coe's boiler, who later died of carbon monoxide poisoning.
