Calor has joined the Worcester Accredited Installer Scheme as a partner, enabling the company to provide LPG advice and support to more heating engineers than ever before.

Calor is looking at new ways to work with Worcester’s Accredited Installers to ensure their customers receive an efficient and reliable LPG boiler installation service.

Worcester Accredited Installers will be kept up to date with the latest advice and information about recommending Calor LPG as an alternative fuel source to oil, solid fuel, or electricity, as well as any offers and promotions from Calor.

Current installer incentives from Calor include a £200 training contribution towards LPG training for those looking to widen their skills to include LPG, or renew out of date LPG training qualifications. Calor will also ensure accredited installers have access to support via one of its local sales representatives, and literature about LPG will be made available to them.

Homeowners wishing to find a local LPG installer are able to do so via the ‘Find an Installer’ function on Worcester’s website.

Paul Madge of Calor, said: “By partnering with the Worcester Accredited Installer Scheme, Calor aims to offer support and guidance to those currently offering LPG as a fuel source, and also educate those who may not currently be promoting LPG.

“We understand that Worcester Accredited Installers are fully qualified and professional, and we endeavour to strengthen our relationship with installers and support them in promoting their own business.”

Kerry Soper, business development manager for the WAI Scheme at Worcester, Bosch Group, added: “We are extremely pleased to have joined forces with Calor, which is an esteemed brand among installers of LPG products. Having originally set up our Accredited Installer Scheme to underline our commitment to supporting heating engineers nationwide, we look forward to offering an enhanced service to those who are active in the LPG sector.”

Alongside the Worcester Accredited Installer Scheme, Calor is also currently promoting its new homeowner offer, whereby rural homeowners can receive a free above ground LPG tank installation when they switch their existing energy supply to Calor LPG before 31 August 2014.

Installers can benefit from the additional boiler installation work that may need to be carried out alongside the LPG tank installation by joining the Calor Installer Incentive Scheme. For every successful tank referral received from an installer, Calor will reward the installer with either £250, or an equivalent value in reward points that can be used to purchase items including Calor products.
