All work is guaranteed for five years and Bathstore fitters are checked, vetted and independently accredited by the Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers (iKBBI). This means they work to a high standard, governed by an industry-approved code of conduct, standards and guidelines.

In addition, a free in-store design service allows customers to see exactly how their room will look with the help of 3D software, found in all 172 stores.
