Worcester has launched a "microsite" to help installers better understand MCS accreditation.

Worcester, Bosch Group has launched a website to help renewable-heat installers register under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).

The company says its new "microsite", which is on Worcester's website, is a handy guide for installers which is "easy to navigate".

It explains the benefits of joining the scheme with information and tips to make it simpler to understand and complete the application process.

The MCS was set up to help homeowners who wanted to install renewable technologies in their home and is made of two sections: One is the accreditation of domestic renewable products, which manufacturers are awarded if their products meet the standards set out within the scheme; and the second is to recognise fully-qualified installers who can fit the products.
